o Effective use of Help Desk tracking and ticketing system(s)o Effective verbal and written communicationo Maintaining a professional relationship with all customers and clients in a very busy call center environmento Providing technical support by responding to and resolving end-user problemso Installation and configuration of new workstations, peripheral equipment, and softwareo Documenting internal procedureso Assisting with the onboarding of new userso Supporting the maintenance of multiple classrooms including reconfiguring furniture layouts, cabling, general upkeepo Ability to lift up to 50 pounds One (1) year of Systems Administration and/or IT Help Desk Experience and DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 Certification (Security
CE) is requiredThe selected applicant must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in researching data and developing analytical techniques and methodologiesSecurity Clearance:
An active DoD Secret clearance is required to startApplicants selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified informationRMC employees may be subject to COVID-19 vaccination or testing requirements in order to access government facilities.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
