Job Summary Develop functional requirements for a high-profile Navy Tomahawk Missile Fire Control Systems (TTWCS)Learns quickly by interfacing with scrum masters and branch heads to set prioritiesReports to the STF PM and Division Manger as well as the Prime contractor's on-site PMTravel is not requiredResponsibilities and Duties The focus of this position is the ongoing development of Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control Systems (TTWCS) which is the fire control system for TomahawkThis role is more of an agile coach and less of a scrum master, but the candidate must have current scrum master qualifications and relevant experienceWhile there may be periods of time when the candidate is asked to fill in as a scrum master, they will spend most of their time fulfilling the day-to-day activities listed belowInterfaces with branch heads and scrum masters to set priorities and goalsFacilitates scrum of scrum meetingsMeets with and observe scrum teams to assess how they are doing business, and how it compares to the other scrum teams, and offer guidance to the scrum masters to make improvementsMaintains a strike wiki page, a Tomahawk version of Wikipedia that is focused on our software development teams that with focus on software development teamsWorks on-site at the Navy Weapons Station at Dahlgren VA, a minimum of 3 days/weekHelps maintain some training materials in addition to acting as an Agile coachQualifications and Skills Required knowledge and years of experience Must have at least five (5) to ten (10) years of relevant experience in Product Development, Streamlining Agile processes, and training Agile TeamsMust have knowledge of acting as a Scrum master when requiredMust have Agile, Scrum, training Agile teams, knowledge of product development, software developmentMust have US Navy TOMAHAWK Missile Fire Control Systems software is desiredEducation Requirements Bachelor's Degree in applicable field (e.
