This Integrated Topside Design (ITD) Engineer position supports Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) B Department - Electromagnetic and Sensor Systems.
ResponsibilitiesV2X is hiring an Integrated Topside Design (ITD) Engineer to support Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) with analysis and engineering of topside equipment aboard U.
S.
Navy Mine, Amphibious, Auxiliary and Command ships, Carriers, or Surface Combatants.
Qualifications Minimum Qualification:
Education:
BS in STEM or 6
years of equivalent DoD service as an E-4 or above in a related technical rate can substitute for a BS degree.
Experience:

years of experience with engineering technical topics in Topside equipment aboard U.

Navy Mine, Amphibious, Auxiliary and Command ships, Carriers, or Surface Combatants Experience with Electro Magnetic Interference (EMI) and Electro Magnetic Certification (EMC) analysis Experience with Integrated Topside Design (ITD), EMP, E3, EMI, EMC, E3 Computation and Modeling, EMC Shipboard Electromagnetic Compatibility, EMC Acquisition Electromagnetic Compatibility, EMI problem investigation, characterization and quantification, E3 instructions, standards, policies and procedures, EMC document review, EMC and RADHAZ certification, EMC SHIPMAIN technical assessments, EMC acquisition engineering and EMI analysis, EMI planned maintenance systems, EMC certification infrastructure, EMC certification, Fleet Response Plans, EMI fix engineering, technical program support, CASREP EMI investigations, and EMI characterization and quantification.

$75,000 - 125,000 The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for locations in the Dahlgren, VA area.
