Program Management Analyst with Security Clearance

is seeking a Program Management Analyst (Staff Associate) position in support of the Joint Technical Coordinating Group for Munitions Effectiveness (JTCG/ME) client partners at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division.
Job location is in Dahlgren, VA.
Mandatory Requirement:
Applicants selected for this position may be subject to a Government Security Investigation and must meet eligibility for access to classified information at the Secret clearance level.

Originally established in 1918 as a naval proving ground for testing gun weapon systems, NSWC Dahlgren Division has evolved to focus on advances in technology in Warfare Systems Development and Integration.
The NSWC Dahlgren Division is a leading research, development, testing, and engineering (RDT&E) organization within the Department of the Navy.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Track elements and deliverables of a large test program, Detailed Test Plans (DTP), QuickLook Reports (QLR), Test Reports/NSWCDD Miscellaneous Publications (MP), and program annual reports, Liaison with the NSWCDD Publications branch, Obtain numbers for NSWCDD Miscellaneous Publications (MP), Format test reports with a NSWCDD final test report, test agency report, detailed test plan, and finalize for signature and delivery to the program office, Participate in Weekly Teams meetings, Update program schedules, Document deliverable status, Track internal action items, Provide publication status, Update calendars and schedules, Update the team meeting status document and send to team members to prepare for the following weekly meeting, Liaison with outside activities and Dahlgren Leads to schedule meetings, Maintain a Project Repository share space on the NSWCDD division drive, Collect and prepare data for project activities such as, Program reviews, Configuration audits, Management meetings, Planning sessions, Design reviews, Roadmaps, Status reviews, Coordinate in-person meetings, Draft agendas, Send security and meeting information to attendees, Track responses, attendance, and collect briefings, Document meeting minutes, and Review briefings, white papers, and technical reports for formatting, marking, content, and accuracy.
Success for working in this position requires:
Ability to effectively communicate and work with NSWC Dahlgren Division and Department staff at all levels, consultants, and other government staff - be a team player, Ability to work with sensitive and classified information, Ability to work with NMCI systems, Ability to adapt and multi-task, Ability to work with a high degree of independence, discretion, and personal initiative, Self-starter, goal oriented, provides timely feedback on progress made on assignments, Excellent organizational skills:
ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks, handle complex assignments, maintain status across several stakeholders, and work in a fast-paced environment, Excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills, Be proficient with the MS Office Suite of Products; particularly Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and Adobe Professional software including the ability to create and maintain spreadsheets, prepare presentation slides, and produce customized reports, and High degree of attention to detail and accuracy in completing assignments, including good proof reading, grammar, and analytical skills.
Education and
Experience:
Three (3) years of experience in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information in support of programs.
Demonstrated experience in the following areas:
procurement support, program planning, logistics, and program cost analysis, HS diploma, Associate's degree or higher in related discipline a plus, and Be proficient with the MS Office Suite of Products; particularly Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and Adobe Professional software.
