OverviewSCCI is currently seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our team.

In this position, the successful candidate will participate in an Agile SDLC application development team supporting the Navy Modernization Process/Navy Data Environment applications in the ASP.
Net, Framework within the AWS Cloud.
This position is for immediate hire with some telework opportunity.
This position is located in Dahlgren, VA.
Responsibilities:
As a technical lead, the successful candidate will mentor a team of junior Developers on the development and sustainment of the Navy Modernization Process/Navy Data Environment applications.
In addition, the senior Developer will provide technical guidance and mentoring to a team of junior Developers on the development and sustainment of the Navy Modernization Process/Navy Data Environment applications, using the following technologies, C#, VB.
NET, ASP.
NET/MVC, Bootstrap, Angular, JavaScript, jQuery, Knockout JS, HTML5.
Additional responsibilities include:
Developing and maintaining C#, VB.
NET, or ASP.
NET/MVC code for web applications Using Bootstrap, Angular, JavaScript, jQuery, Knockout JS, or HTML5 to create and maintain user interfaces Familiar with TOAD for working with Oracle or MS SQL databases to store and retrieve data Deploying and maintaining web applications on servers Troubleshooting and debugging web applications Writing technical documentation for web applications Working with other developers to integrate web applications with other systems Communicate with users to resolve their issues with the tools Deliver software components electronically to test environment Maintain all existing web application environments Develop, deploy, integrate, customize, and sustain web applications Establish and maintain SOPs that define the change control process for web applications Participate in change control boards and integrated product teams to coordinate web application development and deployment with the user base Collect, analyze, and report metrics on web usage Required Skills and Experience Must be a U.

Citizen and have an Active Top Secret or Secret Clearance with SSBI Bachelors Degree (BS) from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, business, or technical discipline and five (5) years of technical experience in developing complex applications or ten (10) years of technical experience in developing complex applications in lieu of degree IAT Level II certification - Security
CE Must have computing environment certification 7 years' experience in leading a software development team 5 years' experience using four (4) of the following tools C#, VB.
Net, ASP.
Net/MVC, SQL Server, Bootstrap, Angular, JS, Jquery, Knockout JS, HTML 5 and CSS 5 years' experience working with GIT Repository in a TFS environment 5 years' experience with setting up and leveraging Visual Studio 5 years' experience in Agile development and peer programming 10 years' experience in translating requirements and/or mock-ups into technical work units Demonstrated knowledge of requirements definition, formulating design methodology, systems integration and testing to verify required performance, database management and maintenance, modular testing, assessment of change proposals for technical merit, and documentation origination SCCI is committed to providing a comprehensive and competitive benefits package to meet the needs of employees and their families.
