Technical Systems Analyst (3489-205)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain the ATRC lab schedule
Resolve conflicts for laboratory time
Maintain databases per the guidelines of the enclosures of instruction 5220.2F.
Notify Course Supervisors of emergent changes on requested resources.
Provide all Course Supervisors a printout of their most current course for updates and revisions.
Add courses to the schedule.
Attend weekly meetings.
NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Education, Experience, and Skills include:
Three years training and/or experience in information management for technical data systems.
Developing and maintaining documentation and/or data management systems.
Experience in automated data management systems and have the ability to develop management system for data.
Demonstrated strong ability to work independently and communicate effectively both orally and through formal reports written in specified government formats.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required:
Must be able to work independently, have strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to coordinate multiple tasks
Superior customer service focus
Be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
Be a legal resident of the United States of America and possess the appropriate documents to legally work within the U.S. territory

As a condition of employment, must pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results. May be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Must have or be eligible for security clearances.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
