Sr. Electrical Engineer -- Contingent

Job Descriptions:
Kratos Defense & Rocket Support Services, Inc. is currently seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer.
To work as part of a team to support NSWCDD and:
+ Design, test, install, and maintain large-scale electronic equipment or machinery for use in manufacturing or power generation or transmission.
+ May use computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform assignments. Applies principles and techniques of electrical engineering to accomplish goals.
+ Perform system analytical and performance studies. Performs software and hardware definition analysis. Performs software & hardware development of prototypes, subsystems and system tools.
+ Perform modeling and simulation engineering.
+ Perform development, integration, testing and evaluation.
+ Perform all aspects of laboratory and field testing, including setting test goals, developing test methodologies, organizing and conducting tests, reducing test data and analyzing results.
+ Produce technical reports on findings, provides system data collection and analysis, and conducts technical documentation reviews. Reports critical findings to military and DoD civilian leadership.
+ Transitions replacement personnel per SOP.
Required Experience:
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
+ Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
+ Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
+ Performs a variety of tasks.
+ May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist.
+ Demonstrated abilities to interface with the Navy/Marines/Joint to develop and support technical positions, to justify technical recommendations, and to write technical publications.
+ Intimate familiarity with lab processes and work flow.
Education and Experience:
+ Requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience working as an electrical engineer.
Must be a U.S. Citizen and have active Secret clearance at time of contract award.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
