Job Summary
The candidate shall support they Asymmetric Systems Integration Team (ASIT) in the research, design and testing of Network Engineering applications for the development of US Marine Corp (USMC) Command & Control (C2) systems.
Tasking will include supporting engineering efforts for the design, development, testing and fielding of distributed tactical communications systems. Shall investigate and specify radio system performance characteristics, electrical system performance, and mechanical design implementations. The candidate shall support they Asymmetric Systems Integration Team (ASIT) in the research, design and testing of Network Engineering applications for the development of US Marine Corp (USMC) Command & Control (C2) systems.
Tasking will include supporting engineering efforts for the design, development, testing and fielding of distributed tactical communications systems. Shall investigate and specify radio system performance characteristics, electrical system performance, and mechanical design implementations.
Shall support hands-on installation, troubleshooting and testing of C2 hardware on USMC platforms; support field test events, operational testing, and training at NSWCDD Laboratory Facilities and various USMC field locations.
Minimum Requirements
Seven (7) years professional experience in a Technical Field that includes three (3) years of experience developing maintenance standards and procedures, testing and evaluating new or modified systems.
Must be willing to support limited travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations in support of installation, demonstration and training of equipment to USMC personnel.
Military experience (enlisted) particularly USMC Command and Control, Radio, or Distributed Tactical Communications Systems.
Vocational/technical training beyond high school

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
