The Recruiter will be responsible for job posting, candidate sourcing and screening, interviewing, reference checks and processing offers. The Recruiter s most important responsibility will be assisting managers with the selection of the most qualified candidate
to fill their vacancy as quickly as possible. The Recruiter will also be responsible for assisting with business development efforts from data requests to contingent offers.
Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the staffing goals.
Work with hiring managers to review requisitions to ensure that expectations are clearly understood.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent within a multi-site organization.
Create and implement strategies to attract passive job seekers i. e. flyers, ads, networking, postings.
Review candidates and send qualified to Hiring Managers (HM). Follow up as needed.
Assist HM with the interview process and conducting reference checks as requested.
Continuous communication with Hiring Managers (HM) regarding specific reqs, candidates, interviews and offers.
Develop strong relationships and partner with HM s, business leaders, and other support services groups i. e. proposals, HR and contracts.
Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects as required.
Comply with OFCCP requirements throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
Coordinate special efforts to assist with Affirmative Action goals.
Develop and execute a successful personal time management plan.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
