Candidate must be a US citizen and possess or be able to obtain aSECRETclearancedue to federal contract requirements. Candidates who possess an activeSECRET clearance will be given preference.

Background /Description:

The Warfare Systems Engineering and Integration Department (V) performs combat system engineering, combat system certification, combat system test and evaluation, mission/force/system-of-system analysis and engineering, interoperability engineering, cost analysis and human system integration. The Department provides a lead role in developing, fielding and sustaining operationally superior warfare systems and performing the full spectrum of warfare analysis, research, development, integration, test and evaluation, and certification to provide quality system engineering and war fighting products to the Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard.

The Virtualization & Engineering Tools Branch (V41) within the Warfare Systems Engineering and Integration Department is for engineering tools, services, and support to improve efficiency in the development, management, and delivery of tools, data, information and knowledgebase for a wide range of customers. The current customer base includes the Department of Navy, Department of Army, Department of the Air Force, Marine Corp, and Coast Guard but is not limited to just those entities. These engineering services focus on the supporting the focus on the design, development, sustainment, and enhancement of web-based applications, systems engineering tools environment, and infrastructures supporting those environments.

The TMC team will beproviding life-cycle development support to web-based applications and system engineering tools, and other like supportservices. Additional support will be providedto insure the continued successful execution of operations.

The TMC team willprovide web application and SharePoint development and maintenance support. TMC will alsodevelop, maintain, customize, and sustain web applications and SharePoint sites. The web technologies that will be in use include but is not limited to ASP. NET, XML, HTML/DHTML, CSS, Adobe Flash, jQuery, Oracle Forms, JAVA, C#, WebServices, XML, AJAX, and SOAP. Support will be provided in Microsoft SharePoint, Oracle, Linux, and Microsoft OS environments.


A high school diploma

3 years of experience in theDoDacquisition process

Ability to extract pertinent information from multiple sources and present in findings in a clear and concise manner for evaluation and decision

Ability to coordinate and monitor multiple actions, documentation, schedules, tasks, and meetings

Ability to collaborate with all levels of Industry and Government to gather program data

3 years of experience in the use of financial IT systems Working knowledge of business operations, administrative procedures, procedural documentation maintenance

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
