Navy Electronic Warfare Support Analyst

This individual will be a member of the team responsible for designing, coding, implementing, and testing and training the U\.S\. Navy?s Real\-Time Spectrum Operations \(RTSO\) program which is replacing the legacy Navy planning tool Afloat Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations Program \(AESOP\) software application\. RTSO is used to develop the Operational Tasking Communication \(OPTASK COMM\) and combat systems radar frequency plans for use by U\.S\. Navy to ensure all systems operate with minimal electromagnetic interference \(EMI\)\. RTSO possesses new additional capabilities beyond AESOP such as the ability to connect to various spectrum analyzers for own force spectrum monitoring and EMCON validation\. With these new capabilities along with Navy Electromagnetic Maneuver Warfare \(EMW\) requirements, Vectrus is seeking a subject matter expert in Navy EW to assist in guiding our efforts\.
This position reports to the AESOP Fleet Support Manager\. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
99. Provide subject matter expertise \(SME\) in the usage of Navy EW systems such as AN/SLQ\-32; Surface Electronic Warfare Improvement Program \(SEWIP\)\.
99. Research and provide SME in the usage of Airborne Electronic Attack \(EA\) systems\.
99. Research and provide SME in the usage of Ground Mobile Electronic Attack EA systems such as the Communication Emitter Sensing and Attack System \(CESAS\) II used by the USMC\.
99. Research and provide SME on new EW concepts and procedures\. Add software developers in the automation of Navy EW Tactics and Standard Operating Procedures\.
99. Provide SME training to software team on EW roles and functions such as Own Force Monitoring \(EW\), detection; signal intelligence \(SIGINT\) and disrupting/denial of threat communications\.
99. Analyze Navy/DoD electromagnetic spectrum requirements and determine appropriate spectrum support, strategies, and needs of the Navy\. Provide recommendations for new software capabilities, based on an operational understanding of afloat Navy & Marine Corps spectrum planning requirements\.
99. Write technical reports, documentation articles, planning guides, or training scripts, detailing operational Navy spectrum management processes and considerations\.
99. Author and conduct training and presentations\. Previous instructor experience is highly desired\!
99. Review and validate OPTASK EW and Radar Plans and provide fleet feedback\.
99. Other duties that may be assigned to meet company and departmental goals and objectives\.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be an expert in Electronic Warfare and the systems that perform EW functions such as collection and processing of radar and communications signals; operation of direction finding systems; digital recording devices; high\-power jammers; operate EA systems designed to emit signals to deceive electronic sensors and defeat radar guided weapons systems\. Previous successful Navy deployment as an EW Specialist or Aviation Electronic Warfare Specialist, Cryptologic Technicians is required\. Previous experience as an AESOP Radar planner is desired but not mandatory\.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
