Systems Engineer

Responsibilities: Serve as a Senior adviser providing authoritative guidance to senior level managers and other staff experts concerning unusual or critical problems that may impact programs. Maintain expertise for cutting-edge administrative technology through continuing education, training,symposiums and technical liaison with other organization. Manage team activities, progress, and scheduling to ensure successful project performance. Responsible for budget plans for varied features of assigned program areas. Serve as a coordinator with external and internal customers across a broad spectrum of government employees. Serve as authoritative representative for the command at conferences, briefing and meetings to solidify command/naval positions or to persuade executive management to accept controversial changes. Ability to plan integrated analytical evaluations of varied control systems and operating programs, select and develop coverage areas and plan and coordinate team efforts at several sites. Review technical evaluations of proposed Engineering Change Proposals, Specific Changes, Interface Change Proposals and other documentation to program Certification and Delivery. Conduct testing, document the discrepancies in a Computer Program Change Request and identify correction for inclusion into next build program. Update the Data Link Message Implementation Plan for proper identification of Link functionality. Liaison with STIC on the Trouble Reports that were written from the Data Link Testing. Conduct routine and emergent testing for fleet issues or operational constraints to correctly identify possible shortfalls in program capability and include these assessments in the necessary Capability and Limitations and Tactics, Techniques and Procedures fleet publications. Review, assess and report interoperability related issues associated with BMD baselines. Provide technical support and facilitate Configuration Management and Capability and Limitation documents. Support any other BMC4I and Interoperability enginnering efforts associated with IWS/JSSEO/SIAP and other related tasking. Qualifications 10 years related system engineering or analysis with the DOD and missile ballistic defense. Expertise with working systems engineering related test activities. Competent in productivity applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. BS degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited institution. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain or currently possess Secret clearance. 53913

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
