PROGRAM ANALYST
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1. Coordinate Training Systems Plans reviews across the domain to ensure the requirements are properly documented. 2. Conduct Business Case Analysis to determine optimal methods to modernize existing and/or develop new courses of instruction. 3 Monitoring, reporting, and providing testimony on major contract performance and administration. 4. Participate in Planning, Programming, and Budgeting System (PPBS) processes to identify and acquire resources for future surface combat systems training capabilities. 5. Develop and present briefings to managers and senior officials to accept and implement recommendations for training solutions. NOTE:
