FOR NG-03 LEVEL Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NG-02 pay band (GS-05/06 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Performing executive-level administrative/clerical support functions in an corporate business office setting (e.g., 1- Preparing and editing correspondence by use of office automation software systems; 2- Utilizing an automated timekeeping tracking system; and 3- Assisting with automated travel system services for official business travel). FOR NG-02 LEVEL Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NG-01 pay band (GS-04 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
