COMMUNITY PLANNER (CPLO)

GS-13:
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Develops innovative solutions to unique land use and encroachment problems; 2) Leads an encroachment team to accomplish actions necessary to implement Encroachment Action Plans (EAPs); 3) Speaks/makes presentations in discussions with local citizenry, professionals, and local/state/regional officials regarding community planning and growth management strategies; 4) Translating organizational requirements and/or objectives into strategic planning principles to make objective recommendations that may have significant long-term impacts on community development; and 5) Evaluates local initiatives, community general development and land use plans, and private development projects to determine impact on organization. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
